This is sort of a statement, if you will... Their faces are blank because you are to judge them based on their appearance (facial expressions give you a clue on what the person is like inside). One of these girls is evil, and one is good - but do you honestly think that the dark-looking one is evil? How would you know unless you talked to her? And what about the light one - how do you know she's innocent? You don't.I absolutly -hate- it when someone judges someone because of the way they look. It has happened to me countless times, and I'm tired of having to put up with shallow people assuming I'm from hell just because of the way I dress. They don't know who I am, so why should they be so quick to judge?
Enough of my ranting... About the picture itself... I drew this because I haven't put up anything artistic in a long time. So I drew this for everyone who enjoies my art - I hope this satisfies you all until I can bring my sketches home from school.
All work done in Photoshop 7.0 with my wacom, blah blah blah. I'll shut up now. lol!

It honestly depends on their posturing really, in this image their posturing is the same, so you can't get a feel for which one is the more aggressive of the two, and as a result you rely more on the pure colors.
That's the think, the darker tones tend to trigger more negative thoughts subconsciously than brighter colors due to holdovers from the past.

I have the real answer for you; neither are good or evil because the two don't exist. It's all a matter of perspective.

hey, this is great! As soon as i saw it i thought, who is to say which one is evil and which one is good? And the whole thing about judging people when you don't even know them! We're all guilty of it! But i try my best not to do it! Well done!

I think this piece is particularly interesting, the way that good and evil are shown through people that have no faces at all, that's a talent that you have that needs to be cherished all through life, you should concider becoming an artist or illustrator when you're older, I know I'm going to be an illustrator!

no no - the girls in the picture. its the whole "dont judge a book by its cover" thing. you can't really tell which one is evil or which one is good without getting to know them personally. that's the whole point.
(yes I realise that you cant actually "get to know" the girls in the picture because they arent real - that's why its a statement. it's to be used in real life.)
