Commission for - the Decepticons' starship, the Nemesis.

When it seems like the Decepticons no longer have the upper hand, their massive warship reveals itself to be a gigantic female Decepticon. She's capable of fighting on her own, but as a last resort, she attacks with an "armageddon" program, where she directs all primary neurological functions into weaponry (in other words, thought patterns go from complex calculations to pointing and shooting at anything that moves). Even the Decepticons not on board have to stand clear.

As for making this happen, the idea for the ship to be a female (rather than, say, Trypticon) is that Nemesis is the name of the Greek goddess of revenge. I kinda made the front end of the ship to look kinda like a menacing hand, as if anything in the cosmos is within the Decepticons' oppressive grasp. And the way the wings protrude from her robot form kinda gives a subtle feel of a Decepticon logo.

I also added a texture layer (I just found a pic of a rusty surface online) to give the effect that the Nemesis has a few years on her.
