My sister got me a big set of Taotree pens for my birthday or Christmas last year, and I finally found a use for them. Instead of making the outlines black (with Faber-Castells, as I normally do), I tried these, and they work! They don't "lock" any pencil marks into the paper underneath them, which was always one of my biggest concerns with doing line work in anything but black. I dunno if these are the best for the job, but hey, it's a technique I'm interested in trying more of.

Anywho, this is the famous scene where the X-Seijin "borrow" Godzilla and Rodan - Monster 01 and 02 - with a slight chibi style (something simple, as this was an experiment to try something new). And I was definitely trying to channel a bit of Shinji Nishikawa-sensei.
