another unfinished work from my archives that i decided to get out of the way. on a side note..... this thing has been in my hard drive untouched since september 2015. yes i'm not drunk and neither are you, that's how long its been unfinished.
on the artwork itself, i went for a lonely little planet drifting about in the void of space accompanied by a small family of moons. all of them cast out from their system in the midst of the chaos that is planetary formation. set to wonder the galaxy alone without a star to call home and cool to a dark cinder of no value, such is the fate of a derelict.
and yes it is another mono tone artwork, and looks empty because its supposed to emphasize the emptiness of space. >

I distinctly remember this dream I had a long time ago where I crash landed on a planet that looked exactly like this, it was dark and red. Besides me, there were only two other creatures on the planet: One creature had no mouth, ears, or nose, just a big red eye in the middle of its face. The other creature didn't have any eyes, ears, or nose, just a huge mouth with razor sharp teeth. As frightening as it may seem, it was actually a cool dream. Really cool piece! Looks very detailed!

yep sometimes it is. i wanted to add an asteroid field but didn't know how to blend it into the image, so i just left it as is. :/
