Bluebat: Yin, Ellen – Birds of Prey
Huntress: Bertinelli, Helena - Birds of Prey
Jin Tahu: Ivans, Yuda – Potential Asset
Oracle: Gordon, Barbara – ONLINE
Bluebat: Yuda? What the hell happened to you? You look like you were hit by a bus.
Jin Tahu: I’ll tell you, later. So here's the deal. The Penguin is currently hiding out on his new ship, the Final Offer II. That’s why he’s been so hard to track. His new hideout is mobile. And it’s currently at the amusement mile docks, right now.
Bluebat: And that ship is how he’s smuggling those drone tanks?
Jin Tahu: Yes. I have no idea who’s buying them or where he is getting them. But I’m supposed to be in Cobblepot’s security team when he leaves to meet the buyer at an off-shore location. The ship will be leaving, tomorrow.
Huntress: So all we have to do is sneak aboard when they leave.
Bluebat: What’s the security like?
Jin Tahu: He’s got unarmed personal to keep the ship running. Most of the security detail is made from the standard goons he hires, but he does have a small portion of mercenaries that he recruited from Santa Prisca. But that’s not the worst part. The worst part is that he is protected, at all times, by the Kabuki Twins.
Bluebat: You mean they are back? But no one’s seen them in years.
Jin Tahu: It’s them, alright. Same outfit. Same masks. They never say a word. And I’ve seen them guarding his bedroom door. Not once have I seen them leave his side.
Huntress: And that’s the worst part? Pfft. Please. I think you’re severely overestimating them.
Jin Tahu: I’m being serious, here. Wherever they disappeared too, they must have gotten a serious upgrade in training. Oswald made me spar with them, this morning. It’s not the first time I’ve fought them, either. Only this time, I couldn’t even land a punch on them. They toyed with me, then they beat the sweet crap out of me.
Bluebat: So that’s what happened to you?
Jin Tahu: Yeah……

That's basically what it is. If you think about it, it's a fanfiction of a fanfiction, I guess XD
I obviously don't expect this to be an actual official part of Earth 27. But this was fun for me to create, regardless.
I just wish I could find some way to get to the VOX transcript to fit on the damn bio.

You took my concept and put it in Earth 27 and you really changed the costume around in a cool way. ;3
Interesting note you made her resemble Nightwing which is awesome because initially her costume with the design I chose was just a blue variant of Helena Bertenelli's first batgirl costume(Before she used the one Cassandra would eventually take.)

Honestly, I wasn't really trying to follow any parictualr design. I was just trying to make her look as 'bat-ish' as possible. And it was hard as hell, putting all of that crap on her face XD
