Yuan Lee: Oswald Copplepot is currently spending time in Arkham Asylum as a transfer from Blackgate, after Slade Wilson escaped and caused a major fire there. They had to move a large number of prisoners to Arkham while they make repairs to the damaged prison blocks.

Yuda Ivans: So you’re sending me to the asylum? How is that going to work? I’m not exactly criminally insane.

Yuan Lee: Come on. You’ve been in this game long enough to know that you’ll be whatever you need to be to get the job done. And you’ll have to get pretty damn close in order to do this. [Drinks] Besides, you won’t even be there as a crack-pot. You’ll be attending the asylum as another prison transfer from Blackgate.

Yuda Ivans: But Oswald was in Blackgate for months. What makes you think that he’ll even trust me if he hasn’t even seen me at the prison?

Yuan Lee: Blackgate is a prison meant for 300 bad guys that’s currently housing over 700. He won't bat an eye. Trust me. [Papers Flipping] You’re going to use the same alias you used to infiltrate Roulette’s tournament last month. That should earn you some credibility. You’ll go in, find some way to impress the Penguin, get into his little group. If we are lucky, he'll arrange to have you released alongside him. Then, when the time comes, find where he's keeping those drones.

Yuda Ivans: Anything else I need to know about the Penguin or the Asylum? [Papers Flipping]

Yuan Lee: Yeah. I got some words of advice about the Asylum. This is where the Gotham’s absolute worst…….no, scratch that. The worst of humanity on the entire east coast end up here. You’ll find yourself coming face to face with all kinds of crazies. This kind of experience…it will require you to sacrifice a piece of yourself. You know what I mean?

Yuda Ivans: Are you trying to convince me not to do this?

Yuan Lee: I’m just trying to make sure you understand how dangerous this is going to get. I've heard a lot of disturbing things about that place. And it's not just lunatics in there. There's lunatics with meta-human abilities in there, too. So you really need to watch yourself out there.

Yuda Ivans: I’ve seen a lot of bad things, Yuan. This won’t be anything new.

Yuan Lee: I really hope that you’re right……….because I don’t want to see you end up as just another psycho in Arkham.
