Oh my Luna I never imagined Cadence to be so much fun to draw! I really enjoyed coloring her and experimenting with the eyes.Personally, I never minded Cadence's... 'girly' color scheme. Please don't give me weird looks when I don't understand your issues with this this colorful alicorn. I personally like her. But that's just my opinion.

I personally don't believe them to be "girly" colors. Why does pink, purple, etc. have to considered feminine? Whatever the case, great picture. I noticed the little heart in her eyes

Because it's what girls, mostly very young girls, wear. They just seem to like those colors a lot, so I consider them girly.

Did some research, and according to my findings, a baby clothes company in 1918 said that pink was preferred for boys as it was a stronger color while blue for girls as it a softer tone. And most cards for the mother's congrats were all pink. It wasn't until the 1950s that pink became a girl color and blue for boys, since the prior seemed not to clear up the confusion between gender-symbols. And the reason this difference is so heavily ingrained into our society is marketing.

Uh, yeah, but that was decades ago -.- ... Listen, you don't have to make such a big deal out of one adjective I used to describe a few colors. Nowadays, pink is seen as a feminine color, so I don't see why we are arguing over this.
