Wow, finally done!This little piece was actually supposed to be about Fluttershy, but buck it, Rarity is awesome. I had to try out a lot of new things for the ocean, the sunrays and the clouds, but I'm overally very satisfied with this picture.
And look! It's lineless!

Vision: Really great, i love the way you drew Rarity but the cutie mark seems a little off place, its either my computer or the drawing Either way its good
Orignalty: This is not that orignal just because some artists have done the same but with like other ponies and humans etc
Technique: Hair style, is great, drawing is great the technique is perfect, but what loses a point is how you didnt add much effort into the background's water, it just looks a bit plain

VISION 4/5
This was kinda expected now as you did that piece of art with Fluttershy, but let's come back to our sheep. It feels like you worked more on the pony and focused more on it, and threw after a background. I will relate to those at technique. But, it's pretty impressive. Can't take that from you.
ORIGINALITY 4.5/5
It isn't completely original as this kind of idea isn't really... uncommon. Can't really put this in words but as original as it is for your type of art, as general, it isn't something new. Yet again, it's only the way you put it that took that point off.
TECHNIQUE 3.5/5
You always do side views, or 3/4. I never saw from you any front view or a more spectacular like... imagine seeing it from a bit under. A different angle, this is it. It reminds me of the Nightmare Moon drawing. Here everyone will agree that Rarity came out spectacular! But... I see light, yet no shadow on the rock? Nothing to say. Your best work by now, and one of the few that is truly spectacular.
Overall, no major flaws, just some things that seem a bit off (from my point of view, you might not agree), and a change of perspective would've been welcomed. ^^
