11Apr2022 Edit: Happy remastered release to still one of the most charming games I've played! It's available now on steam here , I heard they will add an english patch to it soon too!!aaa I had recently played Ib again and was overwhelmed with nostalgia so I decided to make a pixel for it
I had a lot of fun making this, maybe I'll pixel Garry and Mary later on c:
Guess how many works from Guertena's gallery are in the portrait! I'm curious to see how many artworks from the game people will recognize

Wow, so many paintings around here.
The hangman, that apple for that mouth, I don't remember that brown thing with eye somehow, Marvelous Night, the rainbow path with the balls of paint, the cherry blossoms, the fisherman who fetched the umbrella, I kinda don't remember that person sleeping on the moon, the curtain, Abyss of the Deep, The Geometrical Fish, auto-portrait, Uh, Juggler, the Lady With Her Umbrella, Grieving Bride/Groom, good ol' Death of an Individual x Mannequin Head (OTP), A Chef's Talent, the flower-eating painting, Red Eyes, overly friendly doll, The Lady in Red, and that little guiding bird.
Phew, it has been a while. There sure is lots of them around. Maybe they gathered for some tea party...?

wow you got so many of them and even their official names! I only can recall what they look like ;q;
oh that the brown this with the eye is at the top of stairwell that connects the brown floor (where Ib and Mary were) to the purple one (where Gary was) ww I don't think that one was given an official name but it compliments the purple one on the lower stairwell
oo that sounds like a cute situation, just every year there's an annual meet up where Guertena's works from all the different areas just come and hang out together

Ah, I see. Yes, now that I dug around a bit, I found these two fish paintings (and yes, they were unnamed). Also, found that the moon painting was called "Aspiration".
By the way, I cannot see Bashful Glance anywhere; which is too bad, because it's probably one of the most adorable paintings in existence. ^^'

ooh thanks for looking those up, tbh I wouldn't know how to name those two fish paintings myself. I'd probably just call them Fish I and Fish II wwww
aaa yes Bashful Glance is a very cute and charming painting! I had originally planned to put that piece into the portrait but I was stumped on where it would fit well with the others since I had already crammed so many of Guertena's works in there ;w;Β

I wanted to have a guess but I realized that I wrote a lot and I don't want to spoil anything for the new players ;; but still even though I forgot the names because I played it a while ago , I do recognize many of the famous' artist work >wo , very nice work!!!

omg right? that bird painting is so cute I just loved how it followed ib around when you're in the main room... tbh I think I wasted a good half hour just walking around that room and having the lil guy follow me around
