The Green Goblin

Alias: Norman Virgil Osborn

Abilities: Enhanced Intelligence, Strength and Reflexes.

Weapons: Oscorp Glider, Pumpkin Bombs, Heat Seeking drones, homing Shurikens, electric gloves, and Razor bats.

Equipment: Oscorp Exoskeleton suit (with a built in Arc-reactor).

Norman was son of a failed inventor who started working with Howard Stark in his early age before partnering with Wardell Stromm to create a multinational company for biological technologies and a merger with Roxxon and Hammer Industries to become the Osborn Industrial company or Oscorp.

He’s a CEO of Oscorp Industries and father to Peter Parker’s old childhood friend Harry, including his least favorite nephew Roderick. Ever since the incident occurred to the Spider Islands and Roberick becoming the Proto-Goblin, Norman decided to combine the two with his former employee’s spider venom and create the Goblin formula with the intention of using it to increase their intelligence and physical strength. Osborn tried to used small doses of it. Instead of injecting was sent away to Europe for treatment.

However it was revealed that Norman was really the Green Goblin throughout the entire time. At some point, Norman came across the chemical formula with the intention of using it to increase a person's intelligence and physical strength. Osborn tried to recreate the chemical and instead of ingesting a single dose, it diluted the substance which rendered it as an inhalant. Thanks to his brother Mendel Stromm, Norman experiment on himself with both the spider-venom from Richard Parker and Raymond Warren’s Jackal formula, he was amazed with newfound abilities. Later, he’s stole Harry’s hobgoblin suit and Roderick’s Glider to lure Spider-Man into his lair before discovering the outcome as it was his true plan to make both Harry and Roderick as heroes. Ultimately, Harry choose a side with Peter while Roderick chose hobgoblin to find out who’s under the mask before perished in a explosion. Norman survived but the loss of his nephew had drifting to Madness and giving birth to a different personality with a Murderous instinct. He recreated his armor and turned into a Halloween like costume which he colored green and purple after his solution. Eventually he naming himself as the green goblin.
