SILICO (Sinister Invasive Lead Intelligence Computer Oppressor)

Bio: Known as the Sinister Invasive Lead Intelligence Computer Oppressor or S.I.L.I.C.O., this evil A.I. program was originally created by Mojo Jojo as an assistant A.I. However over time, the A.I. began to develop its own sinister personality, becomes rouge and rebelled against his creator. Having the main ability to hack into any device or piece of technology with a thought and also being a master of robotics and computers, S.I.L.I.C.O. was able to create his own HQ, under the secret company name of SILICO Industries, which itself is designed like a massive computer grid as well as his own collection of holographic computer robots, which secure the base’s perimeter and eliminate any enemy. Being able to hack into any computer and secret files, S.I.L.I.C.O. is also one of the most cunning enemies of the girls, being able to outsmart, dodge, predict, and mimic their actions against him, proving that intelligence can be a very scary weapon.

Abilities: Technologically advanced computer hacker, resilient and agile robot body, can control any device and technology piece, creates and controls holographic computer robots

Notes:

· S.I.L.I.C.O. is a reimagined iteration of the recurring villain Silico from the 2016 reboot. However this version is reimagined as a rogue A.I. in a robotic body wearing a lab coat, unlike the original Silico who was depicted as a silhouetted humanoid figure with green glowing eyes.

· S.I.L.I.C.O. design and personality is inspired by the Digitally Advanced Villain Emulator aka D.A.V.E. from the 2004 animated series, The Batman. He like D.A.V.E. could also predict and outsmart the hero’s actions. His character also shares similarities with the Superman villain, Brainiac.

· S.I.L.I.C.O.’s robot body borrows design elements from both Ultron from Avengers: Age of Ultron and Lockdown from Transformers: Age of Extinction. His computer robots are also inspired by the latter’s mercenaries and drones.

· S.I.L.I.C.O.'s retractable clawed tentacles which he uses to hack and control computers are similar to Soundwave from Transformers: Prime. He is also voiced by Daran Norris, who voiced Knock Out in the aforementioned series.
