A species of civhale characterized by their sandy coloration, black/brown rosettes, and flat platypus like snout. These animals are specialized in hunting bottom dwelling animals such as fish and crustaceans. They use their snouts to sense vibrations in the seabed and to stir up the sand to dig out potential prey. They live in small pods of up to 5-10 and are usually preyed on by pelagic crocs

2,000kg or so. Other animals with similar ecological "functions" like the Walrus are around that size as well.
