Description On Instagram I was commissioned to do a portrait of a lovely lady. This was the first time in a very long time that I tried to paint an actual person. Of course I know that it’s still stylized and not hyper realistic, but I think I was able to capture her likeness quite well

Sorry for extreamly late reply xD
Dude, your skills are on point, I'd love a tutorial from you :3

I got into art school and I'm learning a lot from life drawing and sculpture class, also tried a bit of 3d modeling which really helped me with anathomy and noticing new things I learn from you tube a lot and study from photos. Some websites I use for refs:
line of action
quickpose
pexels
crocquise cafe

How about you? <3

Hmm they seem familiar...probably just deja vu . Anyway, I think you did a mix of stylized and realistic and it works quite well ! You never cease to amaze with your art my friend .Β

Unfortunately, I've never traveled out of the country. In fact, I've barely traveled west past my state. I have gone to most states on the east coast though. You are most welcome .

Yeah but the US is so big..it’s like me traveling through all of Europe and saying I’ve never been out of the country ^^ but of course, cultures vary much more in Europe so the travel feeling is probably much bigger.

Actually The U.S. and Europe are about the same size, but certain maps make the U.S. look bigger for some reason. I think it's different to travel in different countries in Europe than it is to travel in different States in the U.S. I mean there are still many, many, many unique discoveries all around the U.S., but we are all one country. Europe is a collection of countries so I believe the experience would be different. To be fair, the U.S. is a melting pot of cultures, but overtime, some become "Americanized" so that would also make the experience different. Oh wait, I just realized you said pretty much the same thing XD. Sorry about the redundancy .

haha no worries! But I'd love to visit the US someday. San Francisco and New York City would probably the two cities I'm most interested in. LA has the reputation of being a big parking lot. Oh and I'd like to see the Florida Keys. What would you recommend visiting?

Thanks for understanding . You may want to wait a couple of years just in case, but yeah there are some unique places here (especially if you like food ). Yeah New York is on many tourist's destination list, as well as LA. What did you want to see in San Francisco if you don't mind me asking? Hmm it would depend on what you like in travel. New York pretty much has anything most tourist want to see, but it's SOOOO crowded, traffic can be horrible at times, and people can be rude (not always of course). This is the same for LA I assume, but I'd still say the visit would be worth the potential negatives. Haven't been to San Francisco or Florida Keys, so I can't say what they have, but I hear good things. Hmm, trying to think of a place you may like outside the places you've mentioned, but I think I'd need to know what you're looking for in travel. Like, what kind of things you'd like to do when you travel. I don't know why I can't think of the right words XD.
