Description Another iPodT sketching set. I decided to cut down the previous submission as the image was too big and the topics were too unrelated. The set of sketches carries a different theme.

I spent about a week to doodle the bot design for my friend's (Erik) game project.

It's actually the revised version of the Viking

No problem. Go ahead, Erik. It's supposed to be part of your game project progress

Is that for real? Although I do find it convenient, I can hardly sketch on my iPad.
Or maybe it's because I can hardly sketch at all...

It is for real. They were entirely done on the iPod Touch.
iPad should be a better platform for sketching due to larger screen. (I did some trials with the same app on my friend's iPad. Some of the gestures were much easier to be recognised)

I have to use regular zooming gestures to compensate the small screen issues.

My first trials didn't go well either. So I left the app aside for almost 2 months before I recently decided to give it another trial. It took me a few more trials to get the sketching work as my usual approaches. I think you can give it a trial (you can start with the iPhone ver. as it is free) on your iPad and start from something simple. Once you get familiar with, you can move to something more complicated.

So far, I think as a convenient sketching platform, this is more than sufficient. But for more detailed drawings, I'd prefer laptop or desktop with the drawing tablets.

Hope this helps
