Too close to call. If this went to the 10th round, Link could beat him. But ultimately, Taskmaster will win.

Well, while Taskmaster has his photographic reflexes and would copy most of Link's moves, Links still has magic power on his side.
But I believe Taskmaster would ultimately win too... He would notice that Link would take some time to finish his magic spell and that would be Link's end.

Link will uses Magic Powers a lot to dealing with Taskmaster because Taskmaster's powers don't work against Magic/Supernatural Powers

Well, he could use Din's Fire or Nayru's Love to face him... But Tasky isn't stupid; he may not be able to copy supernatural moves, but he could use the copied styles to dodge the attacks...
But to tell you the truth, I don't know myself who could win this battle. Both combatants have their edges and weakness...
