not really up to my usual standars in my work...but thats what i get for doing a decent doodle on cheap printer paper

anyway.
this is my character for =Team-Rocket-HQ

This is Charlie, she strongly believes that being a subtle member of team rocket helps her to get her missions done. That is also why she doesn't wear a regular Team Rocket uniform. She's also taught her pokemon to aid in her missions.
Cat the Rattata: is a very good spy and can usually make off with things she can carry.
Summer the Dragonair: Besides being a strong battler, she is often put to the task of being a distraction. She also has a special attack: Dig.
Leviathan the Garchomp: He is the main battler of Charlies pokemon and he also carries the heavy loads.
*Edit* a few new additions that aren't shown here:
Frosty the Glaceon ( ~LokiHeimdallFreya came up with her and I liked her ) A long time partner that Charlie received as an Eevee. She's a trained sentry that freezes intruders on sight until her master returns.
Cobalt the Cranidos. He's still young, but Charlie put's his hard head to good use.
