You can imagine it like an Eldar Noblewoman from the old empire glutting herself on the bounty of an entire agricultural world for herself. The Eldar were incredibly advanced techonlogically back in the day so they could do stuff like that.

It certainly is, considering authors of the novels tend to go to great lengths to describe voluptuous and bountiful noblewomen.
Not to mention Maud Plyton who is canonically an apple-shaped strongfat with an ill-fitting uniform from the Ravenor trilogy.
