Sometimes it takes a lot of strength to show tears. Kallen loved Lelouch, I can't see her acting any other way upon learning that he's alive.

I didn't like that they always needed to show Kallen in compromising situations either. Like Erza from Fairy Tail, shes really strong, and never shows tears, and when she does, it's not the pathetic crybaby type. Of course she's a victim of fanservice a well. *sigh

well, other than the bath scenes.. but in the knightmare? i never even took into consideration that i had a lovely view of her boobs XD
and yeah, i don't like it when women are portrayed as weak, and i feel that if he'd done that to a guy, like Toto or something he'd be all Bug-eyed for maybe five seconds, shake it off, and try to be all Man-Hugy "hey man , you be alive!"

it's never stated 100%, but in the final episode when Rivalz is thinking to himself "Lelouch, is this what you wanted? to take over the world?" it's being shown to us that Rivalz truly believes Lulu is an evil emperor, and suspects nothing else.
As for the people put on the execution slabs, most are glaring angrily/ looking down in defeat before Zero comes. This shows they all think they're going to be executed, and since Kallen is the one who reasures them that somehow, magically, this random Zero is the REAL zero, they all believe her, seeing as she was closest to Zero, second only to C.C.
The only people who know about Zero Requiem are:
Lelouch, Suzaku, CC, Kallen , and Nunnally. It's implied that the others have no clue, because it'd be dangerous for too many people to have it figured out.
So as far as the storyline goes right now, no one else knows about it, we'll have to wait and see in the side story coming out this summer to see if that changes, or if more will be revealed.

Kallen cried in show, I'm sure that even two times: when she lerns the truth about Zero (page 19 was inspired by this scene) and she had tears in his eyes when Zero saved Ogi and co. I have a reason to present it in this way...
Why Lelouch take the mask? Because, Kallen too well knows the difference between Suzaku Zero and Lelouch Zero. Don't you think she have noted that Suzaku uses crazy strategies like Lelouch? And Lelouch needs someone inside the Order...
Yes, you're right, he have plan for 100 years ( He is Lelouch at last...) but I personally think that C.C. asking the question had in mind something more...
As for Suzaku... I won't presents this situation in "CG CS" so I can tell you. He fought a long time with them but as you see Akasha monsters are invincible for now and there were too many.

Suzaku is impulsive with a slight death risk, just kind of going for it, but Lelouch has Planned impusliveness, doing things that seem rash until everythings all said and done and you realize how brilliant it was... I'm not sure where they were when he took off his mask, but i guess if she really thought he was dead then maybe he'd have to do it.. still, he could have played the whole mystery card and not told her who he was, or just said some inside joke like "BTW, Kallen, you looked ridiculous in that bunny suit." Lol, jk, ... good spoof though..
idk, *shrug* , i guess i just feel he'd be super wary of letting people know he's alive, seeing as that would screw EVERYTHING up biiig time
oh, so fighting against the invincible things he was defeated! okay, i can handle that. He definitly needs a moment of glory to come over being defeated though, ok?
