Here's a sneak peak at the "new" style I've been working on. This is currently being colored by my good friend and ultra talented painter, Doe.Tried to keep my faces looking like my usual style with a bit of a twist. Hair and facial features were more rendered, blacks are done with heavy hatching, pencils were completely eliminated by going straight to ink with *gasp* a ball point pen! Hopefully the end result is something a little more raw, with a little more energy and realism!

Ballpoint inking has such a nice looks and feel. It has the feel of pencil since lines aren't always 100% black, but the nice permanence of ink because it is ink. These look amazing.

Definitely more of a comic book style, hearkening back to the 90s styled works. Less Jim Lee though. Has the volume of Terry Dodson with a nod to the hatchwork of Adam Kubert. Good stuff, man!

I really like the new hacthing shadowing better.
How risky, going straight to ball point pen without any refined penciling, probably only a 10 year old veteran like yourself could do this.

I can't stop looking at this. This new style of yours reminds me of when I first saw Joe Mad do his Battle Chasers stuff in terms of ground breaking. Kids will be copying you for years to come

This is fantastic! I like each character but have to say that Wolverine does stand out here. If you wanted more energy in your work you've definately achieved that in this one.

Good gosh. I LOVE how Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, and Thor turned out! I'm honestly more partial to a more defined lip, especially on females, but I'm all about the aesthetic. I kind of like how your faces have so much.. space to them.
Ah well. I'm awful at explaining things. This looks great. :3 Heh. And Wanda looks so young!
