I like it - but as an ID I think you should crop some black - and keep the text simple.
The image is intricate enough so the words don't need to be stylish or comparable to the image.
You know? It's quite big for an ID too...

thanks for the constructive crits... my old id was about this size, another dark-art manip like this, just fairly old. But i'l take the size in mind, i could probably narrow it down a bit... i just couldn't find a way how to effectively get the text on. The last id had the text "burnt" into the body, if i can remember how to achieve this effect, i'l probably do that, it'll make the image smaller at least
