Just bought the DS version of the game a few weeks ago, and finished the game. A+! Enjoyed the game so much. Frog is definitely my favorite character. Also, having Magus in the party is awesome.

Chrono Trigger is after all recognised as if perhaps not the best, then certainly among the absolute finest RPGs on the SNES - and a pioneer for the golden age of JRPGs.
It may be far from the past fame, but I do not think you or I need to worry about it going anywhere within our lifetimes.
