It has been ages since I drew something Homestuck related, but now that it ended, I felt inspired to contribute something again. Vriska has always been one of my favorites and I was excited to see her play a bigger role. What happened to her, though? Hopefully, the epilogue will tell us more when the time comes ;o;I have to admit that I always struggle more with digital coloring than with traditional, but I guess it looks decent enough. Compared to my ooold Homestuck fanart, it's a little better at least
Since I draw digitally more or less rarely, though, it always feel as if I need to figure out everything from scratch ;n; Booo! Oh well, at least I had fun with it 
Now on to pictures with deadlines!

I long stopped caring about Vriska (I liked her better in the pre-retcon timeline; even if she used to be a horrible person at least she reflected on her actions later), but this looks really great! I have zero experience with digital drawing myself, so trying to contribute to updates on time is an impossibility - drawing a complete drawing traditionally takes me at least two days and it still doesn't look as amazing as this ;_;
Our badass spidertroll is still kicking somewhere!

Reading your own experiences with drawing, I'd like to share some of mine as well because I started very similarly! I used to draw only traditionally as well and also rarely colored art. But one by one, I tried out more things. At first I started coloring with colored pencils, then I got used to making lineart before coloring the picture... Later I tried other media such as chalk for backgrounds, and sometimes I tried my hands at digital art as well. Many years passed since then and I only draw occasionally in my free time, but believe me when I say that the more you draw, the more you improve! >u< And your drawings are definitely better than where I started. So just keep drawing and you'll be proud of your progress ;u;

I don't think it will look like my art, but that's a good thing! Every artist draws a bit differently and that's amazing because there is so much diversity. You will improve in your own different way! Of course there is nothing wrong in taking inspiration from other artists, but the result will be your own style ovo I'm looking forward to seeing where that takes you! ^^

This is great! Good job! The advantage to digital is it has some interesting tools and also that you can keep undo-ing, haha! X-DĀ (Also, whisper whisper the 10th album released on bandcamp today ahhhhh Homestuck still lives on! haha).
