Marcy: "Is this your house? It's so rustic and cuuuute! When was it built? 3rd century? No, no, no, no! Second century! Yes! Okay when it was, uh-"Anne: "Hey! Hey! Marbles! Big news?"
Hershel: "Yeah, what is it, dude?"
Marcy: "Oh right! I finished my prep and we're ready for the first temple!"
Hershel: "Alright! Guess it's temple time!"
Marcy: "I just need to see the music box and it's go time, gang! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah-Ya!! ...Sorry sorry, long flight, a lot of pent up energy. Anyway, music box."
After the events of "After the Rain", Marcy comes by the next morning on Joe Sparrow to tell her friends that the preparations for the temple are complete! Meaning they can finally head to the first temple. Hershel and Skye showed up after noticing Joe Sparrow in the sky, deciding to head to the Plantar home to make it easier on everyone for travel. Hershel is happy to see that Anne is doing better after the events of "After the Rain", though she doesn't let him in on the fact that she still has complicated feelings about Hop Pop. Leading Hershel to think that Anne has forgiven him already, so he thinks there aren't any problems right now. While Hershel has already seen Marcy be excited for adventure, being with her for a time before Anne in Newtopia, he hasn't quite seen her as "in the zone" as Anne has. As he was not one of their friends since childhood. Marcy may have bumped into him once or twice in school before Amphibia but he's never seen her be fully "in the zone." So when Anne warns of Marcy when she is in the zone, Hershel doesn't think much of it.
Hershel and Skye then join the crew on their way to the first temple! Ready to see what kind of place it is.
