I think there is definitely a big improvement in the second painting. The only thing about the first that i think you could incorporate into the second would be how the hair is more mixed with the shapes of color. Errr like in the second, the light strands are like all similar width, and in the first you kind of have just more general shapes, and the smaller strands on top. It looks more real.Β
Anyway, both seriously look really good! I love them both XD great work, and great improvement!! Keep it up!

I have to say, I agree with you on that. I like how much more detail I put into the hair in the older version... I thought about adding single strands of hair in the second one too but I was a bit too lazy and I wanted it to be done with it (don't tell anyone though, that's not a good attitude ^^).

You can certainly see brighter coloring, more detail, and better nose structure. Amaranthia might pull off a good Asian woman look.

Well, lineless does look more realistic, but I wouldn't say that I like one style better.
I think both have their pro and cons, depending on what you want to do.

I think that's the point. They can look at art plus other things, that's what makes it more appealing for some people, because they can have all their interests in one place.
