WatercolourIt snowed today so I finally decided to by a bottle of art masking fluid. I really wanted to paint a picture full of large white snowflakes.
This is a fast little painting. It took me about 2 hours to finish it. I wanted to give the picture a little bit “Christmas card” look.

the snow flakes seem more like flowers...very fluffy, soft, with various shapes, or rather cherry blossoms when they fall.

The masking fluid was stickier then I had thought. It was really difficoult to make small snowflakes whit it. However the result looks great.

And thank you. The masking fluid helped a lot whit the snow. The fluid was surprisingly difficult to handle whit a small brush. I have to try a bigger one next time.
