Whether or not he's English, he always uses that Scottish accent in his movies. Like in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part I when he was the minister of magic. Honestly, I don't think he's that great of an actor; all of his characters have quirky twitches...

Honestly, I just used powerpoint. Save the picture, insert it on a black background, give it some random white borders, add Times New Roman, and boom.
