Description
I used my lineart on 'Multiply' and painted the colour beneath in Adobe Photoshop.I spent a fair bit of time doing this one and I think I definitely got the result I wanted.
The artwork is based on Tetsuya Nomura's wallpaper artwork for Yuna from FFX-2, but with Rikku instead of Yuna.

Long story short, I used Adobe Photoshop CS and a Wacom Tablet.

This is absolutely beautiful! A variation on a theme. I definately love it!! Do you think that you might do another one with Paine? I know she only has one weapon, but maybe you could design a smaller second dagger like sword to go with her larger skull sword? I know Japanese warriors used to carry sometimes up to 3 different sizes of swords that all had the same basic design. In any case, you truly are an outstanding artist, and I am a sucker for FFX, Kingdom Hearts, AND Naruto! I'm going to add you to my favorite artists and I hope too see more from you soon!

I was thinking of doing the same thing with Paine. My initial problem was that yes, she has only one weapon. But then even if I added a new dagger I then remembered that her sword is very long and might throw the pose off a bit. I'll think about it and see what I can do though.
Thanks very much, I was looking at a wallpaper of Yuna quite a few months ago and suddenly thought, wouldn't it look cool if I drew Rikku in the same pose?
