Description
The traditional method of showing a speech bubble is "sotto voce" or quieter than normal is by using dotted outlines, but that's hard to do well in Photoshop (at least the way I do it. Chances are, there's a better method I don't know about). So, I figure I'll just represent that by using lower opacity.
