I am not a fan of epilogues that essentially tells you that all you went through (game or book or movie, whatever) is being retold by someone. And it's frequently someone old telling the story to someone young, which tends to add another element of inappropriateness to the whole scenario. It often clashes horribly with the actual story - as it did in ME3.All I could think when I got to that part was 'really? Is the stargazer telling his grandchild about *everything* Shepard ever did? Even the bit where she wandered into the men's bathroom for the eight time?' That's just bad story telling, grandpa :I

Well, that would require Shepard to survive (AND that they chose to have children in the first place) and that would mean they'd have to change things up depending on the ending and... I am leaving this here before the bitterness makes itself reminded again XD

yeah in the end if we wanted we could just look who has a good story telling voice on youtube and band togother to get them to read a fanfic credit or two ... in the end it was a really cheap end trailer.

Yeah :I I *really* don't like those kind of epilogues. They tend to, well, obviously make me wonder why that story teller told all those unnecessary details (and then our hero looted the corpse, but found only a pair of torn pants. Disgruntled, they brought them to a seller and got a copper coin for their efforts, etc)

He seems to skip out on the sex though seeing how the sex scenes got tamer after ME1, I'd say he got scolded for going into too much detail XD

Though he goes through great lengths to describe lilith being melted down into collector goo and shepard being a dick to his squadmates. Maybe that's also why Renegade and Paragon got more extreme.

That`s why I have my own ending which doesn`t involve glowing children, space magic, RGB-choices and stupid epilogues >.<

I wanted to renegade the ending all over, not even bothering to land on Earth and just blow up the mass relay and eliminate that massive horde of reapers who so conveniently gathered in the system. Too bad about Earth and all, but it would give the rest of the galaxy a fighting chance. So... *presses renegade interrupt furiously*
