How do I fix this?? no matter how much I resize the window it stays like this.How do I fix this???

check your NetFrame works installations, pmd and mmd works on netframaworks 2005, 2008 and 2010, and pmd editor is a troll program and the new version is a bad joke.
P.D If you decide install all libraries of netframeworks, recommend to backup data from your computer, if the installation of Netframeworks damages your operating system, be careful
