"Cozy"
Acheroraptor temertyorum. An acrylic painting of the recently described dromaeosaurid from the Hell Creek formation. Here, a mother broods over her chicks, one of which pokes its head out to see what's going on from it's mother's nest.
My first painting of 2014.
Completed on the 5th of January 2014.
Done using acrylics, water soluble color pencils and ink.
