Tyrannosaurus rex. An acrylic painting of my updated T.rex design. Here, my Tyrannosaurus, Helushka, is sporting his new feathery arrangement which bears a similar design to my male Tarbosaurus' mane . I even modified the skin pattern markings on the face, though it came out quite subtle compared to my previous Tyrannosaurus piece .

It's been a while since I used my airbrush for a painting, and it using it to apply the colors of the background helped it turn out great.

I made a good quality print of this and donated it to the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology's annual auction, along with a few other prints of my other paintings. If anyone wishes to own an excellent copy of my work, be sure to be at the auction in Dallas in October and bid.

Completed on the 25th of September 2015.

Done using acrylics and watercolor pencils.
