"It's Been a While"Ada Wong. A digital painting of Ada Wong. It has certainly been a while since I last drew her
That's what I wanted to convey with her expression, like she's meeting up with an old flame, saying; "Oh, it certainly has been a while..."After this, it's on to my Nigella airbrush painting and my Jane the tyrannosaur digital painting.

It's very rare that I actually critique someone's work but I came across this one in the Ada and Leon Fanclub. I want to just say first things first that the shading and coloring job is very well done, in fact I want you to leave feeling very good about this piece. However, I need to say that based on the perspective I just want to add my two cents on the perspective. Personally, I think it seems a little too elongated in the back area, either that the head needs adjustment more to the left side or her body or right of the picture. It seems like with that position she is slightly straining her neck. I feel her uper shoulder area needs to be larger. Trust me I have not drawn in years, but I have been quite good at it sometime, with alittle work on perspective regarding these very unique forshortening perspectivies, it can get quite difficult
