umm.. As I start to apply it, action makes a new empty layer and then message pops up "could not complete the command because the selected area is empty."I use cs4. any suggestions?

i don't know about this , i just opened image and applied the action to it and it works , better be just open and try it when every thing is default , i just tested it and hope it works
