This one gives me goose pumps with the music playing on the bg. I like it how you've mixed different textures in this one and there's good windy motion, but I think it's still missing something. Maybe the composition is little off.. Snake isn't in the middle nor on the golden ratio, which kinda bugs me.

Hmm, I mostly just tried to play with the things that aren't showing in the picture but what everyone still knows are there, thought that'd balance the picture... like, Snake and his target are kinda in the middle. I don't know, I was also a bit drunk.

Depending on the model, that may not be a safe place to be.
