Sadly, I don't believe they do, considering that the flotilla's main objective for protection during battle is to avoid it altogether and the suits aren't malleable enough for protective modifications, if they attempted it they would risk jeopardizing the health of the Quarians. So, for what you're talking about, they rely on their barriers.
