My 16 cards from *5FINITY 's Hack/Slash set. This was my first time drawing Cassie Hack and all of my attempts at getting my hands on the Hack/Slash omnibus failed horribly. *_* You can tell which cards I did at the beginning of the set (hint: they ain't in order) and how I improved as I worked through my cards.

profiles are usually everyones best work out of a group sometimes... thats how it is for me unless i know how and what i am trying to achieve.. sometimes i have to try drawing it more than once till i see the parts that come out best and try to imitate those best parts... or just put it on the puter and put the parts together.. its fun trying different ways.

That's a shame. This may be a predictable answer, but I like to use Comic Vine. Granted sometimes when a character is popular enough they have a lot of pointless images submitted by overzealous users, but with Vlad I would think he's got several good ones for consulting.

This is awesome! Hack/Slash is one of my favorite comics. I like how you have some from "my first maniac". I like the first two, and the second one in the last row best. 
Oh man, the trade paper backs are soooooo hard to get a hold of. I have books three through five, but I can't seem to get my hands on the first two. Luckily my friend has all the single issues.

Thanks! I've since borrowed several Hack/Slash comics (now I just need to find the time to read them) but I'm sorry I wasn't able to locate them in time to use for this set! I wanted to do more of her interacting and fighting, but couldn't without that knowledge. So her outfits were some of the few things I felt I had the qualifications to mess around with XD

Not if he's struggling and hasn't been hacked away at yet, which was the scenario I had in mind: Cassie walking in on her mom about to kill him
