Inspired by who wrote [link] after having seen [link]Its been fun working in response to so much inspiration!
Acrylic ink and paint on smooth cartridge paper, with gold pen.
Update 14th April :- I've had this image scanned and re-uploaded it so it can now be bought in the DA shop!

completely enigmatic piece, alive and kicking with so much happening, yet no overcrowding involved. it really is wonderful, i could look and be 100% taken in by this painting for what feels like an eternity. what else could i expect from such a pro tho. you really hav ticked all the boxes for me with this one......especially the colour and the use of the gold pen, and it may be something i experiment with in the future myself, a true inspiration to artists all over im sure. if only i could take off the way you semm to hav done. great stuff and thanks for bringing to us.

I can smell more northern woodlands in your work. I am a stranger by the Mediterranean and I miss the omnipresent smell of decay of damp Northern places. Sorry if you're further South: that was just an impression.
