So, after Chrimbo and New Years, I'm usually in a place where I reflect on how criminally UNFAIR it is that some people can eat whatever and stay skinny... well. Near CAN'T!There was that time he tried to indulge his own food quirk (ice cream) but it went... not as planned.
Now he's surrounded by those freaks and you know it can't be easy. And to add insult to injury - Mello KNOWS!
I so sympathise with poor Near!

the puppy eyes are perfect, btw. Until very recently (some three years?) I could eat anything too... I still can probably eat more than most with least amount of damage, but soon I'll be joining Near

The problem is, I don't think it's very healthy. It's been robbing me of sleep as well. I love fitting into all my high school clothing, don't get me wrong, but sometimes I wonder how long I'll last. At least Spring Break is only a week away and maybe I'll finally rest and eat

That's true. You need to get your nutrients! And sleep. Basically, I think your body tells you when it's had enough. You just need to listen to it and not ignore what it says.

I was watching a music channel (God save my soul XD) and saw the video for Lil' Wayne's "lollipop".
AND HE HAD DICE SHAPED LOLLIPOPS
I was like "Near eats those. His dice towers are really lollipops withouth the sticks and he eats them once completing the tower"

I think possibly my favourite part of this picture is L's facial expression - it's just adorable! It kind of looks like he's in awe of the cake!

XDDD; LOL! The fat Near is just hilarious in a bizarre way. This could be the reason why we only see Near ever eat once (and then just as a nod to Mello.) My favorite part of this pic is Matt, though--I love the way he just tosses Mello chocolate routinely without even looking up from his game. 
Present-day Near looks pretty angsty here...poor guy, if only he had L's metabolism--or mine! XD; *Has fast metabolism...thank goodness, because she also has a terrible sweet tooth...*

Yeah, when I drew it on paper, all of Matt was on the page, but my scanner clipped him and I thought, it actually looks better that way. Like he's just a chocolate dispenser!

Having a metabolism has pros and cons...on one hand, I stay skinny no matter what I eat. On the other hand, I have to eat every three hours or so or I get all shaky, sick-feeling, and then ker-plonk!
