For those who are wondering, yes, this happens to pretty much any organ of hers. In fact, there's supposed to be another reanimated organ named "Fartolomew" and it's a sentient pile of her own guts (And it farts. A callback from the killer farting guts from Dead Alive (1992) ), but I ran out of space to draw it so I just went with a bouncing heart in a bowtie.

Fun fact: An obscure throwback, but "Flutter" is named after the flying reanimated heart that showed up in the first issue of Army of Darkness vs Re-Animator. It even roars like the one in the comic...
