Description
I colorized Stacy, Fatson , one of my favorite drawings made by MountainChubby . Soft shading just wasn't doing the line-work any justice, so I had to revert to kinda-cel-shading to get the shadows to convey the depth of those beautiful layers of fat. TBH I'm still not completely satisfied I did this well enough.I colored this because I liked The Original a LOT. So do me a favor and pay respect to THE ORIGINAL before auto-faving this, as I'm sure many of you will do.

I've done cel shading in the past. (I think everybody starts there.) I just don't typically do it much anymore. My comment about it was that I couldn't get it to look right in my eyes without adding a layer of it. I think it's because the original drawing had simple cel shading and it looked so good, too me.

I think it came out great. Shading and depth look fine, and she still has the little freckles just like the original. I give it 10/10.

I absolutely had to have the freckles. They are part of why the original drawing was so appealing. Freckles are sexy/cute.
