Yeeep here we go with another Wings of Fire Character based off of a friend. I decided to take some creative liberties with how wof dragons are designed to give her more distinct wing and body patterns because it's really boring seeing the same coloured dragons again and again without any varying patterns. Also I really need to make a male Wings of Fire character but because I'm making them all based off of friends it's a bit hard. I have one more character to do based off a friend so maybe after I make her I'll do some. Maybe based off my step-siblings? Anyway, here's Citrine's info:

Name: Citrine
Gender: Female
Tribe: Skywings
Gender: Old-ish dragonet

Appearance: Citrine is a light yellow colour with her plated scales being brown. Her underscales are a very pale yellow, and she has brown markings across her body. Her wings are a golden yellow with very vibrant yellow swirl patterns. Her horns are very long, and have a twisted shape to them, which is likely just a genetic variation and not due to mixed blood. She is quite a bit smaller than the average Skywing, and her wings are smaller too, making her not fly as fast as the average Skywing. (Hard to tell in the reference) She wears several pieces of jewelry, including a necklace containing a tanzanite gemstone; a golden headgear that clips around her horns, four gold twisted bracelets, and a chain that clips onto her tail.

Backstory: Born to two low-ranking soldiers, Citrine lives in the Skywing Kingdom. She knows her mother quite well, and has a decent enough relationship with her, though often her mother can be very harsh. Her father and her have had a rough relationship due to his new mate, who hated Citrine. While she loves her dad, she rarely sees him due to his mate's excessive hatred for her. Citrine has always hated her life, never really fitting in. She has dealt with hatred and bullying for most of her life, and never seemed to find her certain niche in life. She wished to escape what little she had in the Sky Kingdom and attempt to join Jade Mountain Academy. While she was visiting, she met Downpour, a Rain/Sea hybrid, and Dolphin, a Seawing. They immediately hit it off, and become friends, using Dolphin's magic scrolls to communicate.She was not able to attend Jade Mountain, though she was able to attend another school, which was recently built, known as The Academy of Beginning Journeys (ABJ), which both her and Dolphin attended, leaving Downpour. Her and Downpour have had several dramatic fights, though somehow they always end up becoming friends again.

Personality: Citrine is very beautiful, and loves accessorizing herself and showing off her sense of fashion. How she, Downpour, and Dolphin became friends is still unknwon, as the trio are opposites of each other. She can be very grumpy like most Skywings. She is very negative, often complaining about many things. She can be very insecure, and lashes out if attacked, both physically and emotionally however most of the acts somewhat cold and distant. She can be dramatic and over-the-top about many things. She can also be somewhat demanding, and needs social interaction, and will disturb you at inconvenient times. She is also a very loyal friend, and despite some of the crappy ways others treat her, she will always remain loyal, and be a friend you can trust never to betray you.

Symbolism: As I said before, Citrine is based off of one of my friends. there is a few things about her that symbolize something. Her small size for being a Skywing is literally just because she is short. Her name, Citrine, is due to her birthday being is November, which Citrine is the birthstone for. (Actually Topaz and Citrine are both November buuuut kinda have a character named Topaz sooo) Also, The Academy of Beginning Journeys represents the school and my two friends who Citrine and Dolphin are based on went to after grade 8. The joke with it's name is that the acronym, ABJ is actually the acronym for the school they went to in real life. (I spend a good 7 minutes coming up with it lmao)
