This is really good for a beginner! Not everyone who first starts out with a tablet bothers to do any shading. Your porportions like slightly off but that's not a hard thing for you to fix. I would recomend that maybe in the future you would want to work on adding texture to the clothing and more highlights and lowlights to the hair. Over all not too bad. I'm very impressed by the shading you did on Sakura's skin, expecially her legs. I like it. If this is where you are staring for just getting a tablet I think you're in a good place.

I would never be able to do something like this, mostly because I only use pens or pencils and all forms of technology hate depending on the day. It looks great and the shading looks good too. You got the eyes just right too, I think the eyes are the hardest part I can never get them the first time. I also noticed that the shading on her matches the shading of the trees in the back ground with the sun on the left.
