Well I'm not a Warcraft fan, but I admit I always loved the design of the footman.

By the way, I love how you drew a human being, not just a soldier. With that heart engraved on his shield, probably from his gf or wife. And the tally marks up top, maybe he's keeping count of how many enemies he's slain, or maybe it's how many innocent lives he's saved, to remind himself why he chose to be a guard.

Yea, I went for the moment after he was in the pub drinking with mates, and as the horn sounded to warn of an impending attack, he dashes out, checks the metal of his sword before commencing pew.
