Seriously... if I was drinking something while reading this chapter I'm sure I'll splutter it all over the screen...My amusement became even greater when I read THIS on tvtropes, it's describing how Negi is similar to Nanoha
"Let's see: Messianic kid hero? Open to negotiation? Has a taste for dangerous techniques? Want's to befriend the enemy dragon named Fate? Considering the author, this must be intentional. "

I've long wondered...if someone came along who was strong enough to survive a Befriending via Zenryoku Zenkai Starlight Breaker and Befriend Nanoha right back with an even BIGGER attack...what would happen?

Romance would happen ^^ That or Nanoha would train herself up and THEN befriend back. It was like that with Fate, Nanoha lost, trained and befriended the hell out of Fate ^^

Actually, no; the incident(s) with Fate was different.
(1) Nanoha met Fate, while out Jewel Seed hunting
(2) Fate attacked an unprepared Nanoha, and kicked her ass, seeing her only as competition.
(3) Nanoha trains hard, for the time she meets Fate again, even though she just wants to extend the hand of friendship.
(4) Later on, Nanoha and Fate met for one final battle, and Nanoha, as you said, Befriended the Hell out of Fate with the first use of her Starlight Breaker.

Yeah pretty much... I meant that in a way Fate "befriended" Nanoha first and then Nanoha returned in kind. ^^

Considering what a Battle Nut she is in the mangas... that would end badly for the world XD Her every sparring match with Signum ends up with both them carrying psychotic smirks trying to finish off each other XD

And if Nanoha were knocked unconscious by the Return Befriending and it was someone like Negi who did it? (Are you serious about that? Nanoha sparring with Signum, I can picture...but sweet-tempered Nanoha, and ever-stoic Signum, with psychotic smirks on their faces? The closest thing to that I've ever seen on Nanoha's face is a grin of confidence.)

Hehe with Negi it would be a love at first sight... I got this idea once where Nanoha went against Emiya Shirou. She shot him with Starlight Breaker and he used either Avalon or Rho Aias and survived her attack without a scratch. Nanoha fell in love XD

Hehe glad that you like them ^^ There are several Nanoha mangas out there (just type Nanoha into the search engine on mangafox) and you can get a lot of extra info on the TV series' from them... plus there are the absolutely hilariously insane omakes XD

Nanoha does have a Yandere side, but while she has always been willing to use her powers to their fullest extent, she has never actually liked battle, let alone slaughter. The most memorable instance I can think of is when Teana needed some Befriending in order to get her head on straight and Nanoha blasted her with a Divine Buster that she fired from her finger.

He has what amounts to quite literally an entire army of women in his harem. In other words, it's impossible to count how many women there are. As for your second question, I can't really answer that; The anime series Kenshi starred in ended with him getting chased by pretty much EVERY woman he knows.
