Anyway... pulling a Raiten Taisou II in a matter of seconds, saving Colette AND getting a Neck Hold on Tsukuyomi (a Neck Hold like the one of his Father ^^) This kid my friends have gained YET another Level in Badass. "Badasses" like Naruto and Ichigo can lick his shoes at this point XDUpdate: Okay I got my hands on some high-quality Raw ^^

Yeah it was really fun and just... the way Akamatsu completely through the Good Idiot Shonen protagonist out the window and gave us this smart, brooding, worrywart of a protagonist who has affinity for darkness and who picks the Clever, Evil Loli as his Master instead of the badass meathead like Rakan. It's just so much fun to watch this.

Heck yeah! I just caught up on the reading and man, I'm just thankful the author inserted content extra content from the previous series.
It totally broke my heart to see how the ending of Negima while it may have been forced was actually made to be the utopia that we all want "now" because in UQ Holder's timeline a number of characters are now dead (Like Chisame....Negi's First Love...) and all of that because of Asuna.....(T_T)/
But man, I'm really stoked to seeing how this all plays out

In Their own universes Naruto and Ichigo are both massively OP Badasses. It all boils down to how each universe defines a "level of badass." I do think that Post-timeskip Ichigo could give this guy one hell of a run for his money.

Well a big part of why I like Negi so much is that he Earns his victories, especially the one against Jack Rakan. He plans, learns new spells, prepares contingencies. While Ichigo and Naruto just run around waving their swords/kunais without really understanding what is going on and are usually saved by their "Dark Side" or convenient plot device which they also hate. Negi not only Chose to pursue the Dark Side but he fully and willingly embraced it.

I'll admit that I was once a fan of Tsukuyomi until the manga turned her into a complete monster so seeing this makes me think "Go Negi! Show that depraved freak whose boss!".
It saddens me though that they warped Tsukuyomi into being like this. I used to think of her as being a swordwoman version of Konoka with some eccentric quirks about her and some yandere qualities. Then over time, they warped Tsukuyomi into a complete monster which has to be stopped at all costs.....

Well it might not be entirely her fault, sure she had some yandere qualities at the start (she managed to scare Konoka once) but I think that her Jump into Darkness was caused by Hina. That blade can SERIOUSLY twist you if you are not prepared, since Tsukuyomi could only get it before Magical World arc because later the Gateports were destroyed I think she had it on her all the time, which led to her becoming a bloodthirsty monster.
But! She is one In-Celebration-Of-My-First-Kiss-With-Ojou-Sama away from becoming a fairly normal person again XD

I hope you're right. The Hina Blade DID screw up Naru's mind in Love Hina episode 25 after all so it's obvious that it would mess up the mind of Tsukuyomi. She probably took the Hina Blade in order to better fight Setsuna thinking that she could handle it or perhaps was tricked into taking it. Either way, I hope that they manage to free her from the Hina Blade's dark influence if it's what's causing her to be a complete monster......

Well so far there were pretty much no Really Evil people around, Tsukuyomi is the first and so it only makes sense that something "kicked her" into the oblivion and now gallant knight Setsuna must rescue poor little Tsukuyomi from the Darkness XD Though I'm afraid that Tsukuyomi will INSIST on rewarding her rescuer... poor Set-chan she won and people STILL try to get into her pants.

LOL, yeah. Of course, Setsuna IS quite nice looking and has a good personality so it's only natural that people would try to get into her pants no matter what.......
I just hope that the writers actually have her saved from the Hina blade and don't do the lazy thing and kill her off while saying "Oh she was evil from the start!".

It looks like the writers are lazy, after all. Setsuna killed Tsukuyomi in one of the recent manga chapters (though she had no choice) and now word is that Tsukuyomi WAS evil from the start. (sighs) Something tells me that the writers did it to please all the Konoka and Setsuna pairing fans out there who hate anyone who they see as a threat to that pairing......
I myself am a Konoka and Setsuna pairing fan but there wasn`t any need for the writers to kill off Tsukuyomi like that..... They could have had Setsuna destroy the Hina Blade or at least get it away from Tsukuyomi so she`d return to her more sane but still eccentric and somewhat Yandere state from the Kyoto Arc.....

She killed her? Well obviously she cut her but getting cut And surviving isn't really all that uncommon in the manga. Besides if you take a look at Kyoto arc and the way Tsukuyomi was behaving and how she scared Konoka witless I think it would be safe to assume that Tsukuyomi was somewhat evil to begin with, of course that part of the manga was still in the Harem Territory so they couldn't really show someone as nutsy as Tsukuyomi, only in the Magical World arc the various nastiness' of the world started appearing. After all Shiroi's sister was supposedly gangraped.
I did hope that Setsuna would use Zanmaken ni-no-tachi but oh well maybe later :-3

Well, Tsukuyomi even in the Kyoto Arc was fairly yanderish and a bit evil but I was fine with that as it made her more interesting. I figured that if she had done what Kotaro had done and aided Negi and the others in a battle, they'd accept her and she'd become their friend, it would have been interesting to see how they deal with her yandere nature, lol.
Alas though, it wasn't meant to be thanks to the writers decision to make Tsukuyomi into a complete monster. While I still love the Negima manga, in my opinion, the writers dropped the ball with her character and final fate. Oh well, that's what fanfiction is for, to correct such things.....

Oh Yes she had that creepy grin for far too long if you ask me, a bit of humility won't hurt her... but if she falls in "love" with the one who gave her that humility... poor Negi... on the other hand if Tsukuyomi starts getting her hands on Negi... I feel kinda sorry for her, the whole damn harem will go down on her like a ton of bricks XD

O.O ... M****RF****R!!!! That is the only thing I can say about this... To see her expression like this is really something. she is having quite a lousy day. First Fate gives her a haircut, now she a neck massage.
Two lovely things I need to point out. Like Eva marked, Negi is going at the blind spots. No frontal attack and definitely no begging for cutting limbs off and forgetting that Orihime is waiting saving.
And Akamatsu-sensei shows very well the difference of a captain anda vice-captain.

My exact thoughts at seeing this page XD Well she had it coming, trying to rape Secchan and all, but I think Negi won't finish her off, that's Setsuna's job.
Oh Yes, and note that her short sword is destroyed, Negi countered her attack on Colette AND Neck-Hold grabbed her in the same second XD Truly the Lightning God. He really learnt to take advantage of his insane speed.
Haha OH YES, to be frank I'd love to see Rakan-made Power Chart of Ala Alba members, Negi with his Demon Form and Raisoku Shundou is probably already above Setsuna and Kaede
