Okay let's explain a thing or two. The guy on the picture is Sanji, a lech, womanizer and so on. He Loves women, not particular woman, All women and he tries very hard to seduce them... with fairly poor results.And now he is on a Kamabakka Island, Island of Transvestites and Cross-Dressers. He refers to it as "Hell" himself ^^

mabye not the nicest (there first time meeting father, that was a painful grapple for ed) but definetly the most willing to feel human of the seven since he'll 'want' it. speaking of which Father's certainly 'evolved'

To be frank Father looks more like an upgraded version of his homunculus form, so he probably just gained in power while lost in humanity.

the reason, to keep it in check until its ready to be slaughtered. but were not really sure of wrath status in this, as he has shown emontion for children before, and yet he has openly said he hates humans, and the fact he has a wife...

Well it can all be explained by his acting according to the role, after all he Have To hide his dark homunculi nature. Look at the Massacre of Ishabalan, he didn't care at all about the lives of people there and he was probably the one who ordered experiments on humans. On the other hand he may still have some left-over emotions since he was a human before he became homunculi.
