Okay let's explain a thing or two. The guy on the picture is Sanji, a lech, womanizer and so on. He Loves women, not particular woman, All women and he tries very hard to seduce them... with fairly poor results.And now he is on a Kamabakka Island, Island of Transvestites and Cross-Dressers. He refers to it as "Hell" himself ^^

I just hope that okama means 'feminine man' instead of 'woman replacement' like a fear, because that would have meant Sanji was turned into a homosexual, which is IMPOSSIBLE because no one has ever changed sexualiy (unless GREAT emotion comes, but that's usually when you're abused by someone you loveor your lover dies and you become asexual or your religion gets in the way).
The only luck Sanji seems to have seems to be making sure Sanji isn't raped.
How was Sanji able to grow a goatie during his two year stay at the island? Seriously, did Ivankov help him grow it or something? You'd think someone on the island wants to shave it off.

Hard to say really, he Was an Okama for a short period of time so who knows, who knows [smiles evily] and let's be honest, this is a series where cyborgs run on cola, reindeers talk and are doctors, giraffes are deadly assassins and there is a man/woman who can make you change gender. Becoming a homosexual is easy by comparison XD

Man im starting to dig my self a grave of manga chapters ive yet to read T_T, Naruto, FMA, Negima, One Piece. Oh dear, Oh dear tis gonna take a while

UGH... Yeah that really hurts but as you said the chapters are quite long... still an average mangaka that creates a chapter/week creates around 60-72 pages per month (if we take 15-18 pages per chapter as standard)
You better hurry up cause things in FMA are becoming really crazy and chaotic (don't worry, no spoilers ^^)
