I'm hard pressed to find a piece that I can't criticise.
So, apologies for the short comment, all I can say is that this piec is truly perfect.
Definitely a favourite, everything glows and reflects, doubling the depth and the detail, yet it still retains it's unnerving clarity. I love the feeling of hugeness that the piece holds, magnified by the robot standing on the ball in the middle of it.
The composition and focus in this piece are unrivalled, and very personal to the piece itself. Flicking back up to take a second look, I can only find one crit, which can be put down the lighting rather than the texture or other features, the points of the pins in some areas look a little plastic. That said, the texture and lighting in this are completely unique to this artwork; I've never seen this lighting or such sharpness in the texture before, at least without being lost through perspective.
I don't know whether the emotiveness I can see here was intended, but it looks so. The robot looks so alone in the pin jungle, and yet it seems to be the opposite of what the title suggests. On the expressive side of concepts, a very puzzling render.
Absolutely incredible work, unique, and a personal favourite of mine, and not just for eye candy reasons.

Nice. Has somehow a cool touch, but the robot and the bullet break a bit out of it, especially when you look at the reflection in the bullet, which reminds me of of a landsscape and the blue sky.

I always liked these cube-robots.. and I still do.. hilarious guys! Excellent work... turned out very good.. especially the reflections add alot to the overall great outcome. Neat stuff! I like it alot!

pretty nice... sept... nothing is that smothe when you get that close up to an object..... make a very small diffuse bumpmap on the pins...... also remove the glow around the robot... then it'd be sweet

Wow...thats amazing. I love it...bitch about blue all you want, but it creates such a great 'atmosphere' in this piece. Its definately in my favs folder.

...wow. Technically, this piece looks awesome. I stared at it for quite a while just looking at each tac, the reflections, and the robots movements. There is also a strong emotional attachment with it; it's the part that ties it all together, a focal point.
