Today we celebrate 19 years of DeviantArt. For nearly two decades, the community has been a powerful force of creativity and innovation through artwork. Many things help keep DA thriving... You can leave comments on things that inspire you, collect deviations that you want to remember forever, create journal features of the pieces you want to share with others, and more.
What many don't realize is that the true power behind DeviantArt is llamas. It is not a coincidence that the most popular badge exchanged around the community is the llama. Or that this elegant, graceful mammal skips along the new loading pages of Eclipse. Yes, llamas fuel the very existence of the website.
Therefore it is rather unfortunate that they have chosen DeviantArt's birthday to escape Llama Mia's corral! Without the llamas there to do their llama thing, creativity is quickly fading in the community. These llamas are finicky creatures. They tend not , and completed the tasks(under time pressure, of course). I'll have to stop here, as my time is up! But have fun everyone going for it!

Update: I finally managed to find all the llamas

Later edit: I'd also like to dedicate this flower to all my friends in dA!

This shot is in the rain, with some rose petals on it - but I'll post more from this flower - we recently planted it and we love it! We found a perfect spot for it and it is thriving!
